1.1 Eligibility Criteria

1.2 Accuracy of Information

Accounts using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately without prior notice.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at arr66. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If arr66 detects more than one account linked to the same individual — whether through name, IP address, device information or payment method — arr66 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any winnings obtained through bonuses.

1.4 Password Security Responsibility

Players are fully responsible for the security of their own password and account login details. arr66 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to keep their password secure. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

arr66 accepts transactions via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these payment methods are available for both deposit and withdrawal operations.

2.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Requests that do not meet these minimum limits will not be processed and will be returned to the player.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the technical conditions of the payment provider and any account verification requirements that may apply.

2.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

arr66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of e-wallet ownership. 2.5 Source of Funds Condition

All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to technical availability. arr66 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that show signs of suspicious activity or are inconsistent with fair usage policy.

3.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are only available to verified accounts that meet the minimum deposit requirements set for each offer. Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly are not eligible for any bonus and will have their accounts closed.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses received must be wagered according to the specified multiplier before winnings can be withdrawn. Example calculation for the welcome bonus:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Total wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000

3.3 Bonus Usage

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the arr66 platform:

• Exploiting technical errors or system flaws in games.

4.2 Consequences of Breach

Any breach of these terms may result in the following actions by arr66, at its absolute discretion:

• Immediate suspension or closure of the account.
• Cancellation of all related bonuses, promotions and winnings.
• Withholding or cancellation of the balance in the account concerned.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

4.3 Right to Refuse Service

arr66 reserves the right to refuse or restrict access to any service to any player at any time without the need to provide a reason, particularly where there are indications of suspicious activity or conduct that is inconsistent with these terms of use.

5.1 Personal Data Protection
